I got my Dyson Air Wrap for a Christmas gift. After about 20 uses it just quit working. I have now called Dyson 4 times and am waiting for a call back for call number 5. Each time I call they say they are happy to create a shipping label for me, but then when they do the email never comes. I have given them 3 separate email addresses in my last call and the shipping label never showed up. The customer service lady said the problem must be on my end…. HOW could it be on my end with 3 separate email addresses and it won’t shoe up in any!!!
Next they give me my tracking number and tell me to take it to UPS where they can print the label for you… NEGITIVE… NOPE.. UPS can NOT print a shipping label for you using a tracking number.
At this point I feel like they are doing this on purpose so they don’t have to honor their warranty! Has anyone else experienced this level of horrible customer service? I am going on 2 months trying to ship their product back to them to get a replacement… This is really starting to feel like a SCAM!
