I am sorry disappointed with the support and the product. I booked the refurbished version of Dyson Air-wrap and it came to me without the case in a cardboard box with just some papers. ASAP I reported this, and got a reply that the team ordered the case but it's gonna take 3 weeks. I asked for an updation once the said time was over and again got the same answer and asked to wait for 3 more weeks. At the end of this 3 weeks now the answer I am getting is that the case needs extra payment of 60 pounds.
What is this? Is this a market place sale? You have lowered the value of the product in my view. I am not gonna spend my money on this again. So Disappointing
