I purchased a Dyson Airwrap in the UK last year and later moved to Malta. The motor has stopped working, and it still has 14 months remaining on the guarantee. I took it to the Dyson service providers in Malta, who advised me to contact the UK since it was purchased there, and they suggested I should be able to send it in for inspection.
However, after speaking with online support, I was informed there’s nothing that can be done. The device is still under warranty and faulty. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, and how was it resolved?
