First I’d like to say I absolutely love my Dyson Super sonic blowdryer. However, DYSON SUPPORT has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. As a hairstylist, it was time for an upgrade after five years with my last blow dryer. When purchasing my new Dyson, I realized I had made a mistake and purchased the wrong machine for my business. When trying to cancel that order, I was told it would be best to wait until the machine came in and then I can start my return. I was told the return process would be easy.
When my dryer arrived, I sent it back immediately on October 30, 2024. The tracking number, along with Dyson confirmed that my return arrived back at Dyson on November 5, 2024.
As of January 16, 2025, I am still waiting for my refund.
I am extremely disappointed with Dyson customer service. I have been contacting Dyson weekly regarding my refund, and every single time, I am told “we will follow up and respond in 48 hours” yet no one ever calls back or provides any updates. I have emailed and still have no update.
How do I get in touch with a manager or anyone in power to get my refund?!
