Help! It's been a month since I bought the Dyson Airwrap id. I connected it via bluetooth with app on my phone, every time I styled my hair.


Everything was going well until today I had a problem. I doubt it is related to app, but nevertheless the power button for id curl was not working as usual. I tried it several times(slides it up and release) and again it didn't showed me the seconds that the hair will be styled (wrapping, styling, cold shot). I thought maybe it was a problem with the filter, but cleaned it to make sure and again it didn't work.

 

I don't know where the problem is, I'm very worried about this. 
Can you help me how to fix it?

The same thing happened to mine today, and I’ve only had it for a week. Unfortunately, customer support wasn’t helpful at all with this issue. I’m very disappointed. 


Same issue! I also got it a month ago. I think if we’re all having this issue it may be related to the app.


The same to me. I purchased my Airwrap on October 25, tried the feature only once, and since then the i.d. button doesn’t work. 


Upd: In the MyDyson app settings, try turn off and on the i.d. curl feature. This helped me. But when you close the app and open it again, you should repeat this trick.


I have solved this by uninstalling the App and reinstalling. Now works.
