Hello, after struggling with customer support [name removed] for almost 40 minutes and not getting any results, I was quickly cut off and the support simply left the chat.

I've been waiting for a replacement part for over a month and should just keep waiting.

When I asked that the dyson should either be completely replaced or that it would be fully refunded to me, the only negative response was that this was not possible.

I haven't been able to use the €800 vacuum cleaner for almost 6 weeks now. And am asked to continue to wait. When I asked that nname removed] connect me with a superior, I also received a rejection and said that this was not possible.
 
Very annoying.

I hope that I can be heard this way. Otherwise, I will go wild on social media and consult with my lawyer.
 
That can't be legal.
