I purchased a V11 within the last 3 months directly from Dyson. The carpet head does not perform well on hardwood floor so I had reached out to Dyson through their customer support website to ask if there was an alternative product for hard surface care.
I finally received a response from their UK customer service directing me to US customer service. When I called US customer service I reached an Asian call center and not only could I not understand the customer service rep the background noise in the call center prevented any comprehension.
With that, I tried to go through the community only to have similar problems signing in through their website. I was able to successfully sign in to the community and create an account through their mobile app.
I am extremely disappointed in my experience. I most likely will never buy another Dyson product nor recommend given this experience. I had high hopes, but they’ve been left unfulfilled.
