I had a huge issue with my Dyson v10 animal and had called before my warranty expired to “troubleshoot” well that didn’t work so I called a few days later and I was 3 days out of warranty. They made an “exception” and got manager approval to send the dyson v11 animal which is comfortable (I asked for whatever is comparable to what I had, I did not want the regular v11 as those do not work for me) they said mail in your vacuum and once we receive that they will ship out my new one. I mailed out the vacuum (I paid for shipping which they said they wouldn’t reimburse. The label they gave me wasn’t a paid label) I have since called 3 times to check on status on my new and old vacuum. The received my old one on July 23, 2024 and have not mailed out my new one. They keep saying since we’re doing an exception have to get it approved for a v11 animal which  they already have done since the first time calling !! This is ridiculous. I will be posting on the BBB and all socials. Literally disgusting and unprofessional.
