anyone else had ant issues getting help from escalation? | Dyson Community

I had a Dyson v8 vacuum delivered to my by UPS and the package was stolen from my porch before I could get home from work and get it. No one at Dyson has been able to help me whatsoever. Every time I call to check on the outcome it feels like I’m starting this whole process over again. UPS has been no help either, they’ve told me to contact the sender. I keep being told by Dyson, the sender, that someone from escalation will contact me in 24-72 hrs by phone or email and I haven’t heard a thing back yet. This has been going on since Feb. 27 2024!
