Hi Everyone 

I can’t believe why it takes at least 10 working days to get a simple battery for a V11 to be delivered 

Modern technology with emails automated orders to warehouses and the abundance of courier/delivery companies should enable a much faster delivery in the UK

This is the longest delivery time I have encountered with a UK based company and it’s an area that needs to be looked at
