I have a v8 vacuum and it cannot work now. I tried to charge it but red light flashing for three sec and no power

Welcome to the Dyson Community - sorry to hear you’re currently having difficulty recharging your Dyson V8™ vacuum.
From what you’ve described, it sounds like a replacement part may be what’s needed here. But to make sure you’re replacing the right part (either the battery or the main body), I would recommend running through some additional diagnostic checks with the Dyson Australia Customer Care team when you have your machine easily to hand.
