I have a warrantly on my almost brand new Dyson v.15 detect. The wand to the machine arrived broken. When I tried to get it replaced, customer service said that I had to send my entire machine back and wait several weeks to get send a new one. Basically- they were saying that I had to go 4-6 weeks without a vaccuum because they didn’t have a spare replacement wand in stock. I repeatedly told customer support that that option did not work for- I have three children and two giant dogs. I obviously need a vaccuum to keep my house clean- which I why I purchased a $700 vaccuum in the first place. Has anyone else had this issue with terrible customer support?
