Hello 

We received a replacement body a while ago. 
After using it first time wash filter alert appeared. 
I washed the filter. Still same. Got a new filter. Still same. 
Messaged Dyson and they sent another new body. Yet I still receive wash filter alert.

 

Dont know what’s wrong but it starts to annoy me. The alert comes on every time I use

I’d guess the filter needs rewashing. If it were an issue with the body, the second one wouldn’t have it. If you live in an area of hard water or if it didn’t try properly, the filter might of warped. Give it another clean out and waiting 24 hours. If it does it again, get back on the phone to Dyson for a new filter. 


Washing the filter would be best. If that fails, getting another one would be a good bet! Dyson should provide it free of charge, especially if it is faulty. 


Well, followed your advice and I washed the old filter as well as the new one. 
Sadly, the bloody alert still comes on

Likely a faulty trigger/main body component. The sensor is the likely culprit. Dyson will need to replace it. If you’re still under the guarantee, they do it for free. 


So our machine came back from workshop today. They’ve put a brand new filter. 

And surprise surprise.
