Any ways to get a resolution with customer service? I have a V15 bought last year and part of it broke while under warranty. It’s for a brush head and every time I contact them they tell me it’s out of stock and to put an email reminder to get notified when the accessory is back in stock and they’ll replace it. It’s been over a year… I’ve tried escalating several times and the only other option is to send the entire machine back —- but I can’t be without a vacuum that long (we have cats and a toddler) and I don’t even trust them to send a new one in a timely manner. How do you navigate this? I’m very surprised their customer service is so poor.
