Delivery Delay

I ordered a Dyson 10 on 27/3/24 and was advised on the same day that it had been shipped using Parcelforce Express 24. I was due to collect the item on 28/3/24. 
Dyson provided the tracking number. Since the 28/4 I have been checking the tracking on  Parcelforce but they have no details on the shipment. 

On 30/3/24 Dyson acknowledged the shipment,and said I would have the product within 24-48 hours. 
Today I was advised that I should wait a further 24-48 hours for further details. 
 

Dyson have my money and have sent me the 2 year guarantee dated 30/3/24 but I still have no product. 

I am now beginning to wonder if the shipment was made by Dyson on the date advised or if it is the courier that is at fault. Perhaps the product is being shipped to the UK from an overseas manufacturer?

I will wait for the additional 48 hours but will then contact my credit card company seeking reimbursement for the product.

I note that others on this forum have had similar experiences.
