Good day!
I would like to know here if what would be the best thing to do (diagnostics) if the used water from the clean water tank will not go to the dirty water tank to store it. Instead, the dirty water goes into the floor and making a water leakage all through the floor while using it and that would spill from the Wet Motor head? When I did the Self-Clean Cycle the water still not goes into the dirty water tank.
