Does dyson normally send used vacuums when purchasing new? | Dyson Community

I recently purchased a new Outsize Plus that the bin and motor plastic is all scuffed and looks like liquid residue is inside the bin.

 

has anyone else experienced this?

Dyson does not supply any used parts with our new machines.

All parts and machine go through full inspection before leaving the Dyson warehouse.

If you do think the part may have been used previously, kindly provide images to the WhatsApp team. They will provide you with the best possible solution.
