I have bought a V15 from Mediamarkt Greece and asked them if the guarantee will be global. They insisted on it is global. I live in Turkey and had a spare part issue. Turkey Dyson said they can not help me. Mediamarkt is also not taking any responsibility. This time I am having a serious issue that i am not alone. My V15 keeps stopping 3-5 times after seconds. How am i gonna solve this? Should I post my machine to Greece? Why do not Dyson help me at least sending it from Turkey Dyson to Greece Dyson. You should be helping customers on this.
