Hello I purchased a v12 vacuum several weeks ago and never received my free hair wrap till. I was told I need to ring up when back in stock to order, it won’t be automatically sent out. Every time I get a notification it’s back in stock the sales agent says they need over 50 in stock to send out? Seems a bit of an excuse?
