Made a huge mistake in getting a Dyson from Dyson’s website and now am stuck without a vacuum cleaner for over a month since sending my Gen5 Detect for a small repair. Since last one month I have on numerous occasions have requested an update or a turn around time which their customer service refuse to give me. Is this even acceptable? Has Dyson really lost the plot and simply doesn’t care about their customers nor even acknowledge their issues? This will be my last ever purchase and I really hope this company soon is out of business the way they are treating their customers.
