I ve had my dyson for 6 months didn't start using till February.. I've been cleaning filter as per instructions. I have not had any problems until today. I cleaned filter 5 days ago.. it air dyed for 4 days. I went to use it today and it came up with multiple blockages every where. I cleaned most parts with a tiny new paint brush. and rinsed the filter. the 5 days ago. I hadn't used it since then and didn't have a chance to use it any today. There were no blockages because I didn't get to vacuum any before it turned off. there was not a spec of debris in the bin which one error said it was blocked.
How does your warranty work? I have proof of my purchase and have owned it less than a year. It's a shame because I really did enjoy using it.. I also purchased my unit directly From Dyson .Com USA
I would appreciate your help. I live alone and dont have any big cleanups, this dyson cost a lot and should have not beeen having issues less than a year of usage. I knew I should have listened to my friends and gone with the Competitive Brand.. at least I wouldn't have been out all this money.
It's obvious I'm not the only V12 slim owner with this same issue.. And the funny thing is I haven't seen any resolution or fix on Dysons behalf for this particular issue of these mystery "Airway blockages" errors for this particular Model for any of these consumers in this Forum or on Reddit or on google searches.
How do I activate my warranty?
