I was just wondering if anyone else has had issues with the wheels of the cleaning head breaking off at the screw head? We have tile and carpet flooring throughout our home, and use our vaccum almost daily. Today, I contacted customer service for the third time regarding the wheel(s) breaking on the cleaning head. Even though I have submitted multiple warranty claims, and have been sent replacement parts, I am being told that it can take 72 hours to verify that my receipt is valid before they can move forward. At this point, I don't think that it was worth the $450. Dyson touts how great their products are, but if they are broke for weeks on end then what is the point of spending all of that money? If Dyson is listening, let's try to figure out why your engineering is breaking down on your products instead of having the customer be without a working product for weeks!
