First of all I have to apologise if there are faults in language and grammar,
This is caused because I am german.
my V10 cleaner does not charge always. Sometimes if the plug of the charger is inserted into the socketon the V10 the blue lights do not flash. If I wiggle the plug several times it starts charging.
so it seems that the socket at the unit is defective, I checked visually but there is nothing to be seen.
maybe someone does know how to fix this problem.!

vacuum’s battery and charger pin aren’t always making contact correctly, as you’ve described. So a replacement battery or a replacement charger assembly should resolve this issue and allow you to consistently recharge your machine.
