Hi, I’ve had my V10 total clean for six years now. The charge has suddenly gone when I plug the machine into a socket. I’ve tried a few sockets but no avail. The filter and machine is completely clean and no blockages that I can see. I sort of loathe spending £85 on a replacement battery (that will take a week or two to arrive) in case that’s not the answer to the problem. Has anyone had any success?

To help pinpoint the cause, we'll need our Customer Care experts to take you through some further troubleshooting checks when you have your Dyson Cyclone V10 vacuum easily to hand - just to make sure a replacement battery is definitely the part you need, and not a charger assembly or Main body.
