Hello!
Not sure what would have happened to our Dysn V11 stick vacuum. When I engage the trigger the display comes on but there is no noise at all and the vacuum does not even try to start. It seems completely dead aside from the display seeming to work as normal.
You can switch around from Low, Med, High on the display and go into the little settings menu as well.
It is charged.
