Hi

I purchased my dyson v11 vacuum in Jan 2020 and I am so frustrated that there is no place to provide feedback to Dyson on the quality of this product. In January 2024 (after end of warranty, of course) I had to replace the dust bin sealing ring that I got from Amazon because the only analogous part was to replace the “Bin” which was of course out of stock on Dyson. Then I noticed the brush bar was getting worn and that all of a sudden the high torque cleaner head was starting to crack and making it catch on the carpet (low pile w-w) when vacuuming so I just ordered a whole new cleaner head. I am shocked that in only 4 years such a major part would break AND the lack of parts available. These are expensive vacuums, and I can’t believe that my 1500 sq apartment where I barely vacuum 1x per week is providing too much “wear and tear”. I was disappointed to find there is no way to even offer this feedback to dyson except here so here I am to complain.

All I can ask for is that you improve your website to collect this feedback, please try and provide more parts or links to appropriate 3rd party ones on Amazon, and really I feel very disappointed in the product and probably woudn’t recommend or buy another.
