Bought a V12 Slim Absolute in March, in early May the “fluffy laser head” stopped working. Customer support said a replacement part could be sent - but it was out of stock. They reassured me it would be back in stock soon. 3 months later… still out of stock. They’re now saying the only thing they can do is replace the full machine - so I need to pack up (including removing the wall attachment from my wall) and send the whole thing back, and wait for them to send me a new machine back. Oh, and Absolute is also out of stock, so they’d send me the lower model back.
Is it just me, or is this totally crazy? What a waste of time, money and energy for everyone involved.
