Whenever I remove my Dyson from the charger, it doesn’t start until I remove my battery and reinstall it

While awaiting assistance from the Dyson team, try these troubleshooting steps:

Clean the battery contacts on both the battery and the vacuum using a dry cloth to remove debris or oxidation.
Ensure the battery is fully inserted and securely clicks into place to avoid loose connections.
Power cycle the vacuum by turning it off, waiting for 30 seconds, and then turning it back on after reconnecting it to the charging dock.
