The dust bin on my Dyson V8 falls off the unit and into the trash whenever I attempt to empty the unit.
I initially that the root cause was my dust bin. However, I orders a new dust bin and the issue still occurs.

Sorry to hear this is happening - if the bin has been replaced but the issue is still occurring, this suggests that it’s either not correctly fitted or there’s some damage to the main body assembly. In either case, for support, you'll need to talk directly to our Dyson Customer Care experts in your region. They’ll be able to help you troubleshoot and resolve this.
