Our daughter tried, and forced open the dust canister with the wand attached. The wand seems to attach ok but did the wand lock and dust canister get damaged anyway?
Hi
Welcome to the Dyson Community, and thanks for letting us know about this!
As long as your Dyson V15 Detect vacuum seems to work correctly, the wand attaches securely and you can’t find any visible damage, it should be fine to continue to use your machine as normal.
If you do have any concerns about breakage further down the line, you’re welcome to get in touch with the Dyson Customer Care team for help. Just visit Dyson.com and click ‘Support’.
Hope this helps!
