As the title says my v12 vacuum has not worked since the beginning of January. I was told the replacement part was out of stock and I would receive it once it was available again. Serveral live chats and lots of promises of being on the priority list later I finally receive an email saying its back in stock so I contacted live chat again only to be told its out of stock again but I'm on the priority list for when it's back in stock.

I called dyson uk and asked to speak to someone higher up and was told to hold. Which I did for 20 minutes then then the call was ended by them.

Is there anyone from dyson uk that can help me?
