I have been trying for six months to order a second filter for my Gen5Detect. For a while it was not on the website at all; even after it was added, it’s never been in stock. The only solution customer service could give me was to exchange my entire unit. Which wouldn’t help, because I would still only have one filter. It’s ridiculous to spend over $900 on a vacuum and not be able to get something as basic as a replacement OEM filter. The vacuums aren’t back ordered, so we know the filters exist. I’ve recommended Dyson to several friends/family members, but I won’t anymore until they get their supply chain figured out.

Oh, and the best bit? The filter is in stock on the Dyson Australia website - if I want to pay $70 instead of $30, plus international shipping.
