I have just brought a brand new dyson gen 5 cordless vaccume. The digital motorbar does not spin on the carpet. My carpet is to standard length, and I have tested the fuzzy cleaner on the same carpet, and it works. This is pretty disappointing since I have just wanted to clean my carpet and now I am left with an unclean carpet and disappointment.
