Incorrect Gen5detect Floor Dok received in Australian - what can I do? | Dyson Community

Purchased a Floor Dok to go with our new Gen5detect and realised upon arrival that it isnt compatible with the Gen5! The charger doesnt fit. Upon scouring the dyson australia website it appears you can only get one if you buy it in the pack with a machine from dyson? Cant find it anywhere else?
