I love Dyson products, but I have never in my life dealt with such horrendous customer service.

I have spent almost 6 hours, yes 6 hours, dealing with customer service to get a resolution for an issue with our 18 month old cordless vacuum. Every single encounter with customer service (after spending 1 hour with them) ends with them saying that I have to call back in 24 hours to finish the case. WTF?! It’s happened each time, so this has to be something that Dyson intentionally does to try to put off resolutions for some crazy reason. Does everyone else encounter this? Why does Dyson do this?

Today I opened a chat because I haven’t received a refund for an item that was sent back 6 weeks ago. And what do you know - after going through the whole case and process, I get an “I’m sorry. You’ll have to call back in 24 hours to resolve this matter.” These have to be bots. Why does Dyson waste customers time gathering all the information and pretending like they’re going to help, and then doing that every time. It’s truly infuriating. It’s criminal how bad the Dyson customer service experience is. There should be a case study on this.

Any suggestions on how to get this refund without dealing with customer service for another hour of my life would be appreciated.
