I ordered a Dyson V8 on 26/08. Money taken from my account and email confirmation that it had been dispatched and would be delivered on 27/08. It wasn’t!
On 28/08 (am) I phoned customer service in the morning to be told the parcel had been given to DPD and would definitely be delivered that day.
I checked on DPD website and it said they had not received the parcel from Dyson.
On 28/08 (pm) I phoned customer service who admitted that the parcel had not been given to DPD and I would not receive it that day, and it would likely take 1-5 working days (despite the email from Dyson saying it would be delivered on 27/08). She could give no explanation for her colleagues lies.
29/08 - Still no delivery. DPD website states they have not received parcel from Dyson.
I’ve just checked the Dyson website and the V8 model is showing as out of stock.
My first purchase from Dyson and I’m not impressed with the customer service and the lies I have been told. You’ve taken my money but have not delivered!
