I’ve just received by V15 Detect as a birthday present. 

Package looked perfect and everything was sealed.

I’ve unpacked and plugged in for charging and left if there (plugged in) for a couple of hours.

However after returning, I can’t switch it on.

I’ve tried to plug-in the battery in the charger again in different sockets in the house I know they work, and the battery led indicators didn’t show any sign of life

I’ve also pulled the trigger for a few seconds (with the battery in) to see if anything was going to happen on the screen, but no sign of life either.

Same trying to press the button on the display for a few seconds with nothing happening.

I’m afraid I’ve received a defective unit, or battery? I’ll call the help desk tomorrow and see what’s the story with getting a replacement under warranty.

 

If anybody has any other suggestions, I’m all ears.
