I received a cordless vacuum a month and a bit ago. Unfortunately I can't remember the exact date, but I have filled in my product registration 3 times now and it still hasn't gone through.
That was well over a month ago and unfortunately the vacuum is faulty.
The red foam insert that many have had an issue with, is also ripped for me and coming out.
I've tried to put in as much as I can, but it keeps coming out again. It is from my understanding that this is a common fault and needs replacing, however I am unable to get in touch with anyone as the website makes it impossible to.
I am also unable to register my vacuum for some reason too.
How do I go about sending this back and being registered to do so?
