I would like to see parts stocked in the store. I bought an expensive Gen5outsize vacuum a year ago. The ball arttachments on the head fell off and I can’t find the parts or the head anywhere, not on the Dyson site, nor on Amazon or the web. I did sign up to be notified when a part becomes available. I feel let down and frustrated by this. Maybe if it is difficult to source parts then stop making so many different models.
