Hi, I have bought a few Dyson replacement filters, both off Amazon and they didn’t work. I have now bought a genuine Dyson replacement filter and this also isn’t working. My original one still works when that’s on. It’s fits in and the hoover recognises it and connects it. The hoover sucks but the bottom of the hoover doesn’t turn. Please can you help me with what to do? Thank you

If the brush bar isn’t spinning - there’s some troubleshooting to hopefully resolve this -
1. Please load up this guide page with your Dyson in hand :
Please follow the prompts and select the appropriate option on the bottom of each page. The guide will visually walk you through how to to resolve this.

If the above guide doesn't resolve it - a new part will be needed. (the motor in the cleanerhead may be faulty)
