I ordered wrong dyson wand and called right away to return and re order correct one.  Employee told me I can’t do that and have to wait till Monday.   On Monday it was shipped and I’ve been told I can’t return.  Then I spoke to other employee and she was able to do it.  Now it’s been more than 7 bsn days and I still don’t have my product.  Every time I call, I keep on hearing I have to wait.  I tried emailing and no answer there.  I tried calling to cancel the order and no help there.  Is this company stealing my money?? This is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Walmart is even better.  I wonder what else can be done??
