There isn't even an easy way to compare them. I have to open up each by pressing ‘see details’ to understand the differences. Then, I have to either use photographic memory or write EXTRA NOTES to remember how they are different.

V15 is the series of stick vac. I believe it’s a nod to their 15th generation of motor tech.
The base tech remains the same, the various versions have one main difference, the tools/attachments you receive at purchase. Some version aren’t available in all countries.
The plus/+ versions have a different filter, where the absolute has absolutely every tool/attachment on sale at that time. It really down to personal preference.
