In the age of Amazon and Chewy, Dyson’s customer service is just not good enough. When my $500 vacuum was not delivered after sitting at the UPS warehouse for over a week, their solution was “Since we have shipped it already, you need to contact UPS”. Grrrr… this is not ok when shopping in this price point. I’m sure someone at the UPS warehouse decided to take home my new Dyson vs deliver it to me, but this should NEVER be my problem. After asking Dyson CS to escalate my issue, they finally came to the solution of canceling my order and refunding my money. (Not even ship another overnight). It seems that they do not want me as a customer. So I will oblige accordingly. Miele…here I come.

I completely agree that for a premium brand the customer service is really poor. I too will leave them. All they seem to care about is selling and their customer services team take no responsibility for solving and following up on a query. Their aim is simply to get you off the phone! A disgrace
