My V11 hoover switch not working so arranged a collection and repair. I asked item to be collected from my home address but the courier went to my registered works address instead and therefore collection date missed. On confirmation note from Dyson it did say that the collection address was my works so I phoned and asked collection address to be changed. This was confirmed but still no collection..

Collection day was originally on a Monday. I phoned every day when parts not collected only to be told my order had been cancelled because of the original failed collection.

A new order was raised but told I had to wait a week, yes a week, for collection as no slots available. 
If I ordered a new Dyson, I bet delivery would be a day and not a week.

Tried to find someone in UK to speak to but got absolutely nowhere.

Talking to Dyson now is like entering a never ending loop. It’s terrible.

I’ve had quite a few Dyson products in the past. Would I buy know? Questionable based on this experience.

I can’t believe that I found the service experience same as poor as I had from the general agent of Dyson in Taiwan. 😓

Dyson got such brilliant products and professional presales service. How come it totally reverses after sales!?
