I have completed all of the troubleshooting steps to my v7 vacuum pulsating, and have been trying to get a hold of customer support via chat and phone and have not been connected to anyone via chat in over an hour, and the phone line is useless because it only gives me the option to send me a text with troubleshooting tips which I have already done then drops the call. 

 

This is a very expensive vacuum to be buying additional/replacement parts for it is not necessary which is why I am looking to speak to someone. This is ridiculous!

Have you tried replacing the pre-filter? Amazon has them for a very reasonable price.
