Question

I returned my Dyson Gen5 on December 1st 2023 and I still have not received my refund. It’s now March 21, 2024.

7-10 days is what they promised on the day they confirmed they received my return. WTF is up with that? How do they get to keep $1200 of my money without paying me interest on it?
