Hi I have a SV11 which fully charges but when I press the power trigger it pulsates and cuts out anf the back in but is not cleaning the carpet/floor I have cleaned all the operating tools and the filter but no change The machine is not over used but has been doing this for sometime Help please..

I agree. Pulsing usually means a blockage in either the Dyson or filter. If you’ve already cleaned the filter, I’d lean towards the former being the culprit.
