I have bought two Dyson vacuum cleaners, one was V15 detect and the other was Gen5 detect. I love those machines when they did not have problems. if they do have problems and I call customer service it would be a nightmare.
The first time I called it was because I could not register my vacuum in Mydyson. I needed to login mydyson account. I tried many times and reset my password, but it did not work. I tried to call customer service. IT WAS AN OVERSEAS CALL CENTER. The customer service rep told me that they cannot do anything about it. i asked if I can talk to someone who knows the web service. He said no one knows how to do it and hung up on me.
The overseas call center rep was not speaking very clear and did not have any knowledge of Dyson vacuum cleaners. They just read scripts to try to answer questions, but they have no understanding of the vacuum cleaners. HOPELESS
