I have been waiting for MONTHS for a very common problem Dyson won’t fix!  They solution was to offer me 20% off a new machine!!!  This is out of warranty, however I can’t believe that customers with out of warranty items are treated.  This product, was not misused… this product has cheap plastic that supports the housing which breaks, which I have read is a HUGE PROBLEM. IF the product wasn’t made with cheap plastic there wouldn’t be an issue.  Dyson refuses to help.  When you buy Dyson, (and I have bought 3) you expect quality for the expense.
